1. General
Orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but in rare cases, there may be a stock discrepancy. If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the remaining items. You may choose to await restocking or receive a refund for the backordered item.

2. Shipping & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. This is the final shipping cost and will be collected at the time of purchase.

We accept PayPal as our primary payment method. Customers can pay using credit or debit cards through PayPal. PayPal not only provides a convenient payment experience but also ensures the security of customers' payment information.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within the United States for both defective and non-defective items. If you change your mind or experience an issue with the product, please follow our return instructions below.

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns due to change of mind if the request is received within 30 days of receipt and the product is returned in its original, unused, resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item, or you may opt for store credit. We will notify you via email once the refund is complete. Please note: We do not refund initial shipping fees.

3.2 Warranty Returns
We proudly offer a 12-month warranty on our products, prioritizing repair over replacement to support environmental protection. If a product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement.

For warranty claims:

  • Customers initially cover return shipping costs. If determined to be a manufacturing defect, ZenGlimmer will reimburse up to $20 in store credit or discount.
  • Warranty claims are processed within 10 days. Options include:
    • Refund to the original payment method
    • Store credit
    • Replacement item (subject to availability)
    • Repaired product (if applicable)

3.3 Exchange
To ensure you get the item you want quickly, please place a new order and return the item you no longer need. The return will be processed per the standard return policy.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time within the U.S.
We offer three flexible shipping options through trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, and TNT to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly. Please see details and costs below:

  • Economy Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 6-12 business days, free of charge.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-9 business days, with a cost of $9.99.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days, with a cost of $29.99.

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout to suit your needs.

4.2 International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. due to the large size of our products. We are working to expand to more regions.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (Mon-Fri). National holidays may delay dispatch.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can be made any time before dispatch. Contact support@zenglimmer.com for changes.

4.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes via postal services only and to military addresses via USPS.

4.6 Delivery Delays
If delivery exceeds the estimated time, please contact us to investigate and resolve the issue.

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping email with a tracking number, which they can use to check the shipment progress anytime on our "Track Order" page.

6. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel is damaged during transit:

  • At delivery: Please reject the package and contact us.
  • After delivery: If you find damage later, please reach out for further assistance.

7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the product price displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Currently, we do not ship internationally. If this policy changes, customers will be responsible for any import fees for their country.

8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch. If the order has shipped, please refer to our return policy.

9. Insurance
We insure parcels for loss or damage up to the courier’s stated coverage value.

9.1 Damaged in Transit
Refunds or replacements will be processed upon courier investigation.

9.2 Lost in Transit
Refunds or replacements are issued once the courier deems the parcel lost.
