We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased within the United States. Please follow the instructions below to initiate a return or exchange. Note that returns should NOT be sent back to the original shipping address unless otherwise stated in your return authorization email. The specific return address will be provided via email after your request is approved.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unused, and resellable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2.2 Defective Products:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for assistance.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Please do not ship items to the original sender’s address; our team will supply you with the correct address.

4. Return and Restocking Fees

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. ZenGlimmer does not charge a restocking fee.

5. Refunds 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Warranty Returns

We offer a 12-month warranty on our products. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to ZenGlimmer, while we cover the cost of shipping any replacement or repaired item back to the customer, which are processed within 10 business days and may result in:

  • A refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit
  • A replacement item (subject to availability)
  • A repaired product (if applicable)

7. Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and then returning the item you no longer need. The return will be processed according to our standard return policy.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled anytime before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.
