ORDERS AND SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Regular orders received before 10PM PST will be prepared and ready for shipment before 10PM PST the following business day. Orders placed after 10 PM PST or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. Please contact us at support@zenglimmer.com if you have any questions about your order.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship within 2 business day of being received. Once your order has shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. Standard shipping takes 6-12 business days and expedited orders arrive in 3 business days or less.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Additionally, you can use the tracking number provided to check the shipping status in the 'Track Order' section on our website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch. If the order has shipped, please refer to our return policy. Please contact support@zenglimmer.com for more information.

What are your shipping regions?

At present, we (zenglimmer.com) only ship to addresses within the United States. For orders from other regions, please make your purchase through our authorized sales representatives

Do you accept international orders?
